Joe Paar
Owner & Designated Broker
With over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development, and construction management, he’s driven over $600 million in residential and commercial projects. His background combines a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and an MBA. As the firm’s designated broker, he oversees all brokerage activities, guiding clients through land acquisition, leasing, and sale transactions.
Peter Ottele
Principal
A Seattle native with a degree in Building Construction from the University of Washington, Peter leads operations with a strong focus on efficient design, value engineering, and sustainable development. He brings hands-on experience in both preconstruction and project management, ensuring a streamlined approach from concept to completion.

Joe Paar and Peter Ottele bring a combined 40+ years of expertise in Real Estate and Development. Both proud University of Washington graduates, they’ve honed their skills with top commercial contractors like BNBuilders and Lease Crutcher Lewis.
Their extensive construction experience spans industrial, multi-family, complex construction, health care, biotech, tenant improvement, senior living, and historic buildings—giving them a versatile foundation to tackle any project.
