Joe Paar and Peter Ottele bring a combined 40+ years of expertise in Real Estate and Development. Both proud University of Washington graduates, they’ve honed their skills with top commercial contractors like BNBuilders and Lease Crutcher Lewis. Their extensive construction experience spans industrial, multi-family, complex construction, health care, biotech, tenant improvement, senior living, and historic buildings—giving them a versatile foundation to tackle any project. From land acquisition to construction and lease-up, we manage every detail—delivering projects on time and on budget with a construction-driven approach.

• Joe Paar: is the Designated Broker for the firm and owner with an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Joe has worked on over $600 million in project across residential and commercial projects.

• Peter Ottele: A Seattle native with a degree in Building Construction from the University of Washington, Peter oversees operations with a focus on efficient design, value engineering, and sustainable development.  Peter is experienced in both Preconstruction and Project Management.
