Pike Place Market
Joe Paar, as the Pike Place Market Development Manager, oversaw all aspects of design and construction of the Market Renovation Project. This complex project included (3) phases that totaled over $80 million. The scope included renovation of (10) different Pike Place Market buildings. This project was a huge success and was completed on time and on budget.
Joe also managed the initial design and procurement of consultants for the $74 million MarketFront expansion project. This project included new commercial spaces, low-income housing, a community center, and a parking garage connecting to the Overlook Walk (part of the Seattle Waterfront Major Redevelopment Project).

Joe Paar
PRINCIPAL
With over 25 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development, and construction management, he has driven over $600 million in commercial and multi-family projects to successful completion. His experience is combined with a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and an MBA both from the University of Washington. One of the notable projects that Joe was the project manager of was the Levy funded Renovation of the Pike Place Market, 2008 to 2013. As the firm’s designated broker, he oversees brokerage activities.

A Seattle native with a degree in Building Construction from the University of Washington, Peter leads operations with a strong focus on efficient design, value engineering, and sustainable development. He brings hands-on experience in both preconstruction and project management, ensuring a streamlined approach from concept to completion.
